  • Fulfillment Operations Supervisor - Full Time (On-Site)

    Overview:  The purpose of this position is to oversee the daily operations of assigned department(s) to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures through safely verifying product quantity, quality, and efficiency.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Establish and promote good work ethics through teamwork and collaboration with associates.
    • Promote and ensure safe work practices.
    • Ability to supervise a crew working multiple functions in multiple areas of the warehouse, such as: Put-aways, Replenishments, Bin counts, QC, Kitting while ensuring accuracy of the locations
    • Train and direct a team of associates to achieve departmental production goals to provide our customers with fast and excellent service.
    • Work harmoniously with fellow leads, co-workers, and other departments to achieve service goals.
    • Communicate with all levels of management, as well as our customers via email or phone conversations in a clear and professional manner
    • Track productivity, research and resolve issues, provide feedback on productivity and quality related performance to teammates, peers and manager using departmental resources.
    • Provide training and give feedback to associates daily.
    • Open and close the facility if or when needed.
    • Work within a flexible schedule as business needs including peak seasonal periods.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma.
    • 2-6 years’ experience working in production, warehouse departments; previous supervisory experience.
    • Experience in Excel
    • Familiar with warehouse management systems
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Exercise good judgment and react quickly in emergency situations
    • Must be able to work 8 hours a day, standing on a concrete surface
    • Able to lift 40-50 lbs.

  • Fulfillment Center Associates - Full Time (On-Site)

    Fulfillment Center Associate

    Position Summary:

    The Operations Team Member is responsible for performing picking, packing, shipping, receiving and basic inventory functions.

    Operations Team Member Responsibilities:

    • Pick orders using an RF handheld device within accuracy/productivity standards for picking across multiple clients and inventory types.
    • Pack orders adhering to the individual packing requirements of multiple client specific needs within accuracy/productivity standards for packing orders.
    • Perform shipping functions within Warehouse Management System, utilizing multiple software screens to ensure address accuracy while performing within established shipping accuracy/productivity standards.
    • Perform receiving functions using an RF handheld device ensuring product code, UPC code and inventory count accuracy.
    • Use an RF handheld device to perform systematic inventory movement from one bin to another under established material handling accuracy/productivity standards.
    • Perform periodic cycle counts or investigation of various products ensuring accuracy of quantity, product code, product description, lot/batch code and UPC code.
    • Share ownership in and a commitment to facility cleanliness and organization by maintaining a clean work area.
    • Maintain strong performance and productivity levels across all functions performed by an Operations Team Member.
    • Move with drive and purpose in a fast-paced, dynamic order fulfillment environment.
    • Take pride in the quality and accuracy of assigned work tasks.
    • Demonstrate dedication as a member of the Kable Product Services family team, being helpful, courteous and treating co-workers with respect in a zero drama tolerance environment.

  • Material Handler/Forklift Operator - Full Time (On-Site)

    Position Summary:

    The Material Handler – Forklift Operator is responsible for loading and unloading items, moving goods/pallets from one place to another, maintaining inventories, storing products, and keeping the working area clean and safe.  Experience using an RF gun.

    Material Handler – Forklift Operator Responsibilities:

    • Unloads incoming materials from trucks.
    • Verifies skid counts and signs freight bill.
    • Records freight shipments by truckload and United Parcel Service on the freight log.
    • Records incoming stock by, stock code, on receiving logs.
    • Enters receiving information into computer system.
    • Performs inventory transfers.
    • Disassembles and identifies materials for storage.
    • Uses a scale to resolve material count discrepancies.
    • Prepares tags for inventory by storage location when locating and moving stock.
    • Delivers new and excess material to identified location using a forklift or ladder.
    • Organizes material by date order.
    • Follows written instructions to prepare material for shipping and completes bill of ladings.
    • Calls freight line to notify of outgoing shipment.
    • Pulls and delivers forms and supplies to departments.
    • Performs stock counts, by title.
    • Cleans equipment and warehouse area.
    • Repackages damaged material.
    • Complies with all Company policies and procedures.
